1st Long Ride

We have our long ride after so long rest... 80km plus breakfast

the two fastest swimmer in the class...

Bike

11 weeks since my operation... I decided to go for a ride on my MTB.. very disappointing at 1km mark I feel the pain, endure another 1/2 km and I decided to U-turn cos it is really hurting :(

guess I have to rest again....

Swim

I am back after operation, I can walk now!!! This operation period i gain few kgs!!! terrible.. how to kick the excess away? HELP!!!!

Back in Swim
Saw Kartick at pool 2days back and we did 10x200m together.. he is soooooo fast now.. every set is 350-353.. I have not swim this pace for so long! Well train Kartick!!

Last Ride B4 Operation

hmmm so nice of KP, HS n DR ... they meet me 5am C4 for my last ride (haha i m late so pai seh).. after a short chat.. HS & DR start to paddle faster sooon no more blinking red light.. me n KP were riding together all the way.. chat all the way.. we are riding so leisurely and today is his birthday... but we have a topic that keep us chatting... leisure 41km ride in 1hr45min..
